Public guidance and professional advice
The information on aegentra.co.nz explains Aegentra’s service and learning pathways. Public articles, examples and planning tools are general guidance; they do not account for every organisation’s systems, obligations or contractual requirements.
Obtain advice appropriate to the decision and your circumstances. Public content is not legal, tax or regulatory advice. Where Aegentra is engaged to provide professional services, the agreed scope and applicable standard of care govern that work; this disclaimer does not cancel them.
Certification and audit outcomes
ISO implementation support, internal audit and certification are separate activities. An independent certification body evaluates the organisation and decides whether to issue a certificate. Aegentra does not issue an organisation’s accredited ISO certificate.
A certificate applies to a defined legal entity, activities and scope. Certification does not guarantee tender acceptance, a contract award, complete legal compliance or protection from every security incident. Buyer requirements and certificate scope must be checked directly.
Internal-audit conclusions and technical findings depend on the agreed criteria, scope, evidence and period assessed. They are not a promise that all weaknesses have been identified or that future incidents cannot occur.
Training and individual credentials
An individual professional credential is different from certification of an organisation’s management system. Completing a course or passing an exam does not automatically satisfy every experience, application or other requirement for a particular credential.
The relevant issuing body’s current rules determine examination and certification requirements. Aegentra does not guarantee an exam pass, a particular credential level, employment or career outcomes. Separate exam-practice tools are not official certification exams.
Tools, examples and photographs
Interactive planning tools help you organise questions. They do not calculate a compliance score, set a guaranteed project deadline or issue a quote. Illustrative examples are not client results or verified benchmarks unless expressly identified and evidenced as such.
Photographs and illustrations provide visual context. Unless specifically identified, they do not represent Aegentra offices, employees, clients or a completed engagement.
Current information and external sources
Standards, programme rules, legislation and linked information can change. Check the current official source and the terms applicable to your engagement. Let us know about inaccurate or outdated content so it can be reviewed.
Links and partner marks are not a promise of every provider’s availability or an endorsement of every linked statement. Course availability, prices and inclusions must be confirmed before a purchase; the website preview is not accepting purchases.

Nothing in these website terms or our disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including applicable rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
This disclaimer does not make inaccurate marketing acceptable, override an express commitment or exempt Aegentra from duties imposed by applicable law.
