WHAT WE DO
Official PECB courses in ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 at Foundation, Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor level. Choose Self-Study slides or recorded eLearning where listed.
Selected packages add two hours with an experienced consultant. That session is not a full live PECB course. Enterprise live online training is available by enquiry for ISO 27001 and ISO 42001.
Remote ISO 27001 implementation for information security management systems and ISO 42001 implementation for AI management systems. Start with scope, responsibilities, risk decisions and evidence.
Internal audits are separately scoped. Competence, impartiality and prior involvement are checked before assigning the auditor. Certification decisions stay with the independent certification body.

HOW WE WORK
Connect policies, responsibilities and controls to the systems people actually use. Agree the practical deliverables before the engagement starts.
Identify the person responsible for each part of the engagement. Confirm competence, availability and the proposed delivery arrangements before work begins.
Make findings traceable to the agreed criteria and the evidence examined. Be clear about the scope, limitations and follow-up actions.
Start with your organisation, customers, information and AI uses. Consider the New Zealand requirements relevant to that scope; do not treat a generic template as proof of compliance.
Define the standard, legal entity, systems, services, locations, deliverables and exclusions.
Consider previous implementation work, reporting relationships and other threats to auditor objectivity.
Confirm the engagement lead, specialist and auditor as needed. A different consultant can audit work implemented by another Aegentra consultant, subject to impartiality checks.
Agree access, interviews, sampling, reporting and any separate quality review included in the scope.
Internal auditors must not audit their own implementation work. Aegentra checks objectivity, impartiality and prior involvement before assigning an internal audit. A different Aegentra consultant may be suitable; the assignment is not automatic. An independent certification body performs the certification audit and makes its own decision.
