This website is hosted on Vercel. Requests to load pages and assets involve technical data such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information. Hosting and security processing may occur outside New Zealand. See Vercel’s privacy notice.

This release has no website form submission, account registration or payment endpoint, and no analytics, advertising or session-replay integration. The browser can save your selected colour theme. Emails you choose to send are separate from the website. The broader policy below remains a draft pending operational and legal review; bookings are not open.

What this policy covers

This policy covers cookies and similar browser storage on aegentra.co.nz. It describes the current website build. The Australian website and Aegentra Labs are separate websites with their own policies.

A cookie is a small value a website can store in your browser and receive with relevant requests. Local storage is separate browser storage: values remain on the device until cleared or removed and are not automatically attached to web requests.

Purpose and contents

Remembers a theme you select. The value is light or dark; it is not an account ID. This build does not transmit the value.

Duration and control

No automatic expiry. It stays until you clear site data, the browser removes it or the application changes it. The theme control still works for the current page when storage is blocked.

The current build sets no cookies and contains no analytics, advertising, session-replay or third-party embedded tracking tools. Fonts, photographs and partner logos are served with the site. Links to other websites do not load those websites as embedded services.

Interactive planning answers and catalogue filters are held only in the current page. They are not written to local storage or sent to Aegentra. This does not cover emails you choose to send using your email application.

Your choices

Use the Light / Dark control to change the theme. To remove a saved choice, clear this website’s data in your browser settings. You can also block local storage; a theme change will then apply only for the current page session.

There is no optional analytics or advertising service to accept or reject in this build, so no consent banner is shown. If optional technologies are introduced later, their purpose, provider, duration and available choices must be explained before they are enabled, with any consent required by applicable law obtained.

External websites and hosting

If you follow a link to a training provider, social network, the Australian website or Aegentra Labs, that destination may use its own storage and tracking. Check its policy before using it. Our theme choice does not control another website’s settings.

Browser storage is separate from hosting and security processing. The current hosted-preview notice above identifies Vercel; this inventory must be reviewed before enabling new services.
