Your course will be manually assigned in the PECB Dashboard within 24 hours of successful payment. Use the email you want associated with your PECB course.
If selected, matching-course Labs access is added automatically to your Labs account at the checkout email address. Sign in at aegentralabs.com using that email.
PECB courses have no change-of-mind cancellation or refund after purchase. Labs has a separate 10-day satisfaction guarantee. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How we use your purchase details
Aegentra is operated by HANSDIVISIONGROUP PTY LTD, ABN 84 678 444 463, Australia. Contact contact@aegentra.co.nz about your order or to request access to or correction of your personal information.
We use your name, email, billing address, selected course and payment references to process payment, apply the checkout tax rule, issue your invoice, arrange PECB course access, provide support and maintain order records. Required billing and contact details are necessary to complete an online purchase; the Labs add-on is optional.
Stripe collects payment details in its secure fields and handles payments and invoices. Aegentra receives order and billing details, not your full card number. We share the enrolment details needed with PECB to assign your course. If you select Labs, your checkout email and purchased qualification are used to create or update your matching-course access.
Our hosting, order-storage and transactional-email providers support this process. Aegentra operates from Australia, and service providers may process information outside New Zealand. We store the purchase record for fulfilment, support and applicable record-keeping obligations. This browser also stores a checkout token for the current session so you can securely check your payment status. See Stripe’s privacy notice for its handling of payment information.
