Your course will be manually assigned in the PECB Dashboard within 24 hours of successful payment, to the email you enter on Stripe’s checkout page. Use the email you want associated with your PECB course.

If selected, matching-course Labs access is added automatically to your Labs account at the checkout email address. Sign in at aegentralabs.com using that email.

Tax follows your billing address: 10% Australian GST for an Australian address, 20% UK VAT for a United Kingdom address, nothing for New Zealand or other addresses. Stripe shows the total before you pay.

PECB courses have no change-of-mind cancellation or refund after purchase. Labs has a separate 10-day satisfaction guarantee. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Aegentra is operated by HANSDIVISIONGROUP PTY LTD, ABN 84 678 444 463, Australia. Contact contact@aegentra.co.nz about your order or to request access to or correction of your personal information.

We use your name, email, billing address, selected course and payment references to process payment, apply the checkout tax rule, issue your invoice, arrange PECB course access, provide support and maintain order records. Required billing and contact details are necessary to complete an online purchase; the Labs add-on is optional.

Stripe collects your contact, billing and payment details on its secure checkout page and handles payments and invoices. Aegentra receives order and billing details, not your full card number. We share the enrolment details needed with PECB to assign your course. If you select Labs, your checkout email and purchased qualification are used to create or update your matching-course access.

Our hosting, order-storage and transactional-email providers support this process. Aegentra operates from Australia, and service providers may process information outside New Zealand. We store the purchase record for fulfilment, support and applicable record-keeping obligations. This browser also stores a checkout token for the current session so you can securely check your payment status. See Stripe’s privacy notice for its handling of payment information.

These checkout pages, like the rest of this website, use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies and stores no identifier on your device. Ahrefs receives the page address (on the payment status page, without the Stripe session reference), the referring page, browser and device type, language, screen size and an approximate location it works out from your IP address; Ahrefs states that it does not store the IP address. It receives no name, email, billing or payment details.
